RAHEEM RESIDENCY RESORT, located at an undeveloped Kerala beach, is an 1868 colonial villa which has been lovingly restored in a rich, classical Indian style by its Indo-European owners. It is now recognised by the Tourism Dept of India as a genuine Heritage Hotel of India.
